Company Rate

In order to define the default daily hours an employee should work, the maximum overtime hours, the overtime payment rate and other related payment defaults, you need to manage a ‘Company Payment Rate’ set of defaults. To view the company payment rate page:

  • Click the menu ‘Settings’
  • Select ‘Salary Rates’
  • Select ‘Company Rate’

Employee Rates

The salary history of employees is managed in employee payment rate page. The rate defines the basic salary, daily payment rate, daily hours, overtime payment rate per hour, absent payment rate per hour, off day payment rate per hour, leave payment rate per hour, leave payment rate per hour, the effective start date and a condition whether the set of rates should apply only when an employee has actual attendance records or not.
NOTE: Actual attendance records are tracked by detection devices or manual initiation by an authorized admin. An employee can have as many payment rates as the number of times his/her salary is reviewed. To view employee payment rate page:

  • Click the menu ‘Settings’
  • Select ‘Salary Rates’
  • Select ‘Employee Rate’
