To view departments:

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘HRM Settings’

  • Select ‘Department

How to add a department

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘HRM Settings’

  • Select ‘Departments’

  • Click the button ‘Create New’

  • Select ‘New Department’

  • Enter department name

  • Enter department code

  • Select a supervisor

  • Click ‘Save’

How to upload departments in bulk

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘HRM Settings’

  • Select ‘Departments’

  • Click Upload bulk department

  • Click "Get data template here"

  • Fill in the template and save it.

  • Click "Browse" to get the template from where you have saved it

  • Click "Submit"

Job Titles/Designations

Job titles are designations or rather official names. To view job titles:

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘HRM Settings’

  • Select ‘Job Titles’

How to add job title/designation

  • Click on the menu ‘Settings’

  • Select ‘HRM Settings’

  • Select ‘Job Titles’

  • Click the button ‘Create New

  • Select ‘New Designation’

  • Enter designation name

  • Enter designation code

  • Click ‘Save’
