This is a determination of the range that a rate can score.

  1. Go to Settings then Performance Rating
  2. Click New Performance Rating Button
  3. Enter the following fields
  4. Title i.e. name of the rate e.g. Excellent
  5. Rate e.g. 1.00

Rate from and Rate to i.e. a determination of range that can be score a rate of let’s say 1

  1. Percentage i.e. an equivalent percentage to the rate such that 100% may mean the highest score
  2. Description i.e. what that rate would mean to an employee

Then click submit
