A performance appraisal is a regular review of an employee’s job performance and overall contribution to a company. This activity evaluates an employee’s skills, achievements, and growth or lack thereof. The result of this process is used by the company to give employee’s big-picture feedback on their work and to justify pay increases and bonuses as well as termination decisions.
In WorkPay, this process has been automated and made simple for the human resource personnel to manage the company KPIs and evaluate employees on the basis of the rules the company will set for themselves. WorkPay performance is knit to allow administrators to setup up KPIs, assign them to employees, employees to self-appraise themselves and be counter checked by their supervisors before the final rate is arrived at.
Accessing Performance Appraisal Module
- Login to WorkPay
- The first dashboard, click on WorkPay HRM & Payroll
- On the Menu Bar click Performance Appraisal which will land you on the main dashboard.
