View Employees on Time and Attendance module
How to add a single employee from time and attendance module
- Click on the menu "Employees"
- Click on the button "Add new employee"
- Enter Surname
- Enter First name
- Enter Second name
- Enter Phone number
- Enter ID number
- Enter Payment frequency
- Enter Employee Number
- Enter Assignment
- Enter Off days
- Enter Shift and save
Adding employees in bulk.
- Click on the menu ‘Employees’
- Click "IMPORT BATCH"
- Click "Get Data Template Here" on the pop up that shows up.
- Fill the excel form as per the instructions attached on the form and import it on the system.
