View Employees on Time and Attendance module

How to add a single employee from time and attendance module

  • Click on the menu "Employees"
  • Click on the button "Add new employee"
  • Enter Surname
  • Enter First name
  • Enter Second name
  • Enter Phone number
  • Enter ID number
  • Enter Payment frequency
  • Enter Employee Number
  • Enter Assignment
  • Enter Off days
  • Enter Shift and save

Adding employees in bulk.

  • Click on the menu ‘Employees’
  • Click "IMPORT BATCH"
  • Click "Get Data Template Here" on the pop up that shows up.
  • Fill the excel form as per the instructions attached on the form and import it on the system.
