Projects (also known as assignments/sites) are used to group employees working under the same project or geographical site.
- To add a project/assignment click on projects or assignment on Time and attendance (TA) main menu.
- Then click on "CREATE NEW". and you will be taken to a page title "Create project or Assignment"
- Add the Project/assignment title, location using longitude and latitude and project manager.
- Click save or "EMPLOYEES" to add employees on the project.
**If you don't know the longitude and latitude of your project location you can use the attached map and drag the pin to the desired location.
**You can also add projects/assignments in bulk by using excel sheet. Click "UPLOAD BULK(PROJECTS) to get the template for filling and then upload it.
