Transfer Employee To a Branch

This menu item assists you when you want to transfer employees from one of the company branches to the other. It only applies when you have more than one branch and would like to shift employees to that branch. When you click on “Transfer Employee”, a pop-up will appear that enables you to choose the employee and branch you would want to transfer to and the reason for transfer.

  • Click on Employees and select the employees' option.

  • Search for the Employees you wish to transfer

  • Click on the "Action" button and select "Transfer Employee"

  • Select the current Company the employee is under.

  • Select the Branch to be transferred.

  • Add reason for Transfer(optional).

  • Click Submit.
