Expand the "Employees Menu"

Click Employees

Search for the specific employee

Click the "Action button" and select "Send login credentials"

Select where to send whether the "Email address" or the "Phone number"

Click on "Send"

Expand the "Employees Menu"

Click Employees

Select "Employees" that you want to send log in credentials

Click "Batch Actions"

Click "Send credentials to selected"

Click Send
